A history kept by its people
Club 64 was founded in Modena in 1987. In the federation's account of its twenty-fifth anniversary, Fausto Del Papa is identified as the founder and Marco Borsari as his successor at the head of the club.
The anniversary included a photographic survey of the club's social life from 1987, shared with current and former members, parents, young people, friends and supporters. On that occasion, the club presented its past through the continuity of people rather than results alone.
Teaching across Modena
The official teaching offer is divided into progressive pathways for young people, adults and schools. That structure lets the club work with both beginners and educational settings outside its own venue.
In 2025, Modena's public libraries presented a youth tournament organized by Club 64 on the CERG youth circuit. In 2026, the club also worked with UniMoRe's Dipartimento di Ingegneria Enzo Ferrari and CUS Mo.Re. on the fourth edition of a university tournament for students and staff.
From junior teams to the national championship
A Club 64 team finished second in the 2013 Italian Under-16 Team Championship. Two years later, Modena's senior side was runner-up in the Italian Team Championship.
Club 64 placed third in the same senior national championship in 2026. Together, the three podiums put the club's name in junior and senior national competition across a thirteen-year span.
